Call for Papers

The Student National Symposium IR 4.0 provides a platform for the student community to present their research papers. The symposium intends to address various topics of fourth industrial revolution. The interested candidates can submit their research papers as per the submission guidelines. The selected papers after suitable revisions will be published through the proposed journal of Higher College of Technology. More details about the publication will be informed to the authors of the accepted papers later. When you have decided to write a research paper and ready to present your research paper before the symposium’s technical forum, follow the (1) paper submission guidelines and (2) Camera Ready

Topics of Fourth Industrial Revolution

But Are Not Limited To..

You can choose any IR 4.0 topic since the symposium is going to address a large number of topics and issues of fourth industrial revolution. The symposium will feature original research and the papers on the theory, design and implementation of technologies, as well as demonstrations, tutorials and workshops.

Paper Submission Guidelines

The final paper must be submitted on or before 15 May 2019 30 May 2019 through the Easy Chair Paper Submission System in order to be included in the symposium presentation and proceedings.

Submission checklist

You can use this list to carry out a final check of your submission before you send/ submit the paper for the review.

  1. One author has been designated as the corresponding author with the E-mail address.
  2. Paper has been plagiarism checked, spell checked and grammar checked.
  3. All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa.
  4. Permission has been obtained for use of copyrighted material from other sources.

    STEP 1: Revise your paper according to the reviewers’ comments.

    STEP 5: Register for the Symposium to Present Your Paper and Attend the events. Click Here to Register Your Name.

    NOTE: Do Not Register (STEP 5) if you already register before.

Virtual Presentation

If you are unable to attend the Student National Symposium in our venue directly, the authors of the accepted papers can submit a power-point presentation (with audio and/or video) OR Video Presentation (MP4 Format only) of their research by email to in addition to the camera ready paper and the copyright form.
